Combine Powerful Creative Principles and a Dash of Magic to Help Drive Your Business Growth
Seminar presenters Tom Hortel and Jim Sinclair of VentureForward, a unique B2B consulting firm that applies systematic innovation to deliver breakthrough solutions to the toughest business problems, shared some of their powerful Visioneering methods for achieving breakthrough innovation, market assessment and business growth for corporate giants like P&G, LexisNexis and Herman Miller.
This was a fun hands-on event that provided attendees with highly visual “roll up your sleeves” approaches for assessing market evolution to drive new business and technical problem solving. They touched on a range of methods and tools that you can successfully apply to your own business growth strategies, assess and launch new ideas, and solve problems in your key projects.
As innovation coaches within Procter & Gamble, Tom Hortel and Sandy Ping were corporate Visioneers who helped create billion dollar brands before forming VentureForward. Their Business Manager Jim Sinclair was former CFO for SuperX Drugstores and a 20 year veteran of Kroger. Jim and Tom will introduce us to innovative problem solving based upon powerful tools such as whole-brain immersion and TRIZ.
This Breakfast Forum, hosted by the Cincinnati Chapter of the American Marketing Association and the Clermont Chamber of Commerce, will teach you some systematic principles of inventing that can help you solve any tough business problem.
