Monthly Luncheons are held on the third Friday of every month from 11:30 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. (Networking begins at 11:30; lunch and speakers begin at noon. We finish promptly by 1:15 pm!). Members pay less (hint, hint!).
Because we’re dedicated to the growth and development of marketing professionals, the AMA offers info-packed Seminars with exceptional speakers at various times throughout the year. And, to showcase our expertise with the community, one or two seminars per year are offered to the business community at large (e.g. small business owners).
The B2B SIG (Business-to-Business Shared Interest Groups) are monthly discussion/networking groups for AMA members who practice — or are simply interested in learning more about — B2B marketing. Attendees select the topics, facilitate and/or participate in the discussions, sponsor the events (bring coffee and donuts/rolls), and enjoy the networking and learning opportunities in a very casual atmosphere. Meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month from 7:45-9:00 a.m. at the University of Phoenix at Union Centre Boulevard in West Chester (AMA members only) and the 4th Friday of the month at the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce (NOR-Com Room), located at 300 Buttermilk Pike, 0.25 miles east of I-75). (AMA and Northern KYChamber members only). These events are FREE to members!
Special Events, such as the B&B Riverboat Cruise and YP after-hours events, are sprinkled throughout the year as an additional opportunity for networking and fun.
The Holiday Party is always a fun and very social event (no speakers). Hosted in conjunction with the Direct Marketing Association (DMA) and Ad Club of Cincinnati, this is one holiday party not to be missed!
The Annual Cincinnati AMA Golf Classic, held each August, is the Cincinnati Chapter’s largest fundraiser. Hundreds of people come out to support the Cincinnati AMA either by golfing, sponsoring a hole, or providing promotional items for participants. Best of all, you don’t have to be a good golfer to participate - just come out and have fun!
